WATERPROOFS AND EXTENDS THE LIFE OF ANY EXISTING ROOF

  • CREATES A WATERPROOF BARRIER

Roof PA100 forms an impermeable membrane, establishing a waterproof barrier over existing roofing materials to protect from water ingress.

  • 100% SOLIDS BY VOLUME

Roof PA100 is a high-density coating that provides maximum material coverage and durability. This provides better protection against the elements and foot traffic.

  • FLEXIBLE & DURABLE FORMULA

The formulation has an elongation at break of 450%, allowing it to expand and contract with temperature changes. It is also durable enough to withstand high abrasion and other environmental stressors.

  • RESISTANT TO UV DAMAGE

Roof PA100’s composition is UV-resistant, preventing the topcoat from breaking down, becoming brittle, or yellowing, keeping underlying layers better protected from leaks and structural damage.

  • REDUCES ENERGY COSTS

With its high emissivity and reflectivity, Roof PA100 provides thermal insulation, reducing energy consumption by mitigating heat absorption and minimizing the strain on energy usage.

  • SEAMLESS AND JOINTLESS COATING

Applied seamlessly, Roof PA100 creates a continuous layer, eliminating vulnerabilities associated with seams and joints, ensuring uniform coverage and protection.

  • OVERVIEW

The novel coating system is designed to be applied to existing roofs to protect against water ingress and associated damage, extending a building’s service life. Roof PA100 is a two-part, polyaspartic, low VOC coating intended for use as a repairing topcoat over roofing materials.

The unique feature of Armus Roof PA100 is its thermal performance. Armus Roof PA100’s formulation fuses polyaspartic durability with measurable insulation properties, reducing heating and cooling costs while keeping the building and
    its contents dry.

Roof PA100’s aspartic polyurea formulation is durable to protect against harsh
abrasion, UV-fading, and flexible enough to contract and expand
in changing temperatures without cracking or peeling. This can further protect existing roofs from harsh environmental conditions and damage caused by extreme weathering.

Roof PA100 is designed to be used as a topcoat over Armus Water-borne Epoxy Primer.
