PROTECTS SURFACES FROM WATER INGRESS & DAMAGE

  • RETAINS SURFACE APPEARANCE

Hydro Guard does not darken, or add a sheen or to surface materials post-application. Your treated surface will retain its original appearance.

  • PROTECTS AGAINST FREEZE/THAW DAMAGE

By preventing water ingress, using Hydro Guard can protect building facades and horizontal hardscapes from the seasonal damage of freeze/thaw cycles.

  • PREVENTS ORGANIC MOLD AND GROWTH

A water-repellent barrier on porous surfaces means mold and organic growth cannot develop and take hold of the substrate. Keep surfaces cleaner!

  • PROTECTS MORTAR JOINTS

Hydro Guard not only protects masonry, stone, and concrete, but also protects mortar! Just spray to the point of rejection to create a water-repellent barrier!

  • UV RESISTANCE PREVENTS YELLOWING

Hydro Guard’s is a non-toxic and water-borne formulation and is resistant to UV radiation, thus preventing surfaces from yellowing over time.

  • MAINTAINS SURFACE “BREATHABILITY”

Hydro Guard will not seal substrate pores. If there is water or leakage present behind the treated surface, water can evaporate, preventing swelling, cracking, and organic growth.

  • Concrete

  • Brick & Mortar

  • Cement Stucco

  • Artificial & Natural Stone

  • OVERVIEW

Hydro Guard is a water-borne formulation that imparts water-repellency to protect a wide range of building surfaces. It penetrates deeply into capillaries that polymer solutions cannot reach.

Unlike conventional coating formulations, Hydro Guard does not create a film on the surface. Instead, it creates a water-repelling near-surface zone without sealing substrate pores. If there is leakage behind the Hydro Guard-modified zone, water can
evaporate through those open pores, permitting drying and preventing swelling and cracking.

Exteriors treated with Hydro Guard are resistant to UV radiation and are thus non-yellowing. They exhibit long-term durability.
