Application - Solar Guard

SURFACE PREP

• Power wash surfaces and remove any stains.

 

APPLICATION

• Shake well before application.
• Apply using Tornador & portable air compressor or HVLP sprayer.
• Air Compressor Pressure: 4.5-6.3 bars. 
• Spray Gun Distance: 1.9-4in from the surface. 
• 2 coats recommended, applied in a cross pattern. 
• Application Time: ~2 min per 1.75 sq. ft. of PV panel surface
• No dilution is required. Do not over-apply.
• Test a small area before full-scale application.

 

ESTIMATED CONSUMPTION

• Up to 1400 sq.ft. per gallon, dependent on application method.
