Designed by Philip Trammel Shutze in 1928 for Edward and Emily Inman, Swan House is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is the home of the Atlanta History Center. Hydro Guard and Pure Guard were used on the exterior concrete to prevent organic growth and to preserve the beautiful grounds surrounding the historic property.
